Account Executive - Outside Sales

As an Account Executive - Outside Sales at TouchBistro you will be selling our iPad-based point of sale solution to restaurateurs in Miami and surrounding areas. From cold calling on prospects to conducting demos of the POS software, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle. The role focuses heavily on providing prospective clients a deep understanding of our product and service and close qualified lead accounts. Your passion for sales, customer satisfaction and strong communication skills will be a path for success in this role!


YOUR DAY-to-DAY

  • Build a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales stages including; identifying and developing leads; meeting with clients; developing value propositions; financial deal structuring; to contract negotiation and closing
  • Educate prospects and clients about TouchBistro products and services through presentations and product demos
  • Foster relationships with our partners who sell and support complementary applications and services to POS systems serving the restaurant industry in your territory
  • Understand the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and determine how to position TouchBistro to win
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Product Marketing to provide feedback on restaurant principles and identify new market opportunities
     

ALL ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience selling product solutions
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with ability to sell at all decision-making levels
  • Ability to manage complex sales and develop strategic plans
  • Experience canvassing and cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Experience with SalesForce strongly desired
