Spanish Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for developing long lasting relationships with our Spanish-speaking customers. You strive to understand each client’s business and will provide direction to the customer following the sale. The successful candidate will have project management experience, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a process-driven approach to ensuring an easy, smooth, friendly & efficient onboarding process for our customers. Your goal is to ensure our successful adoption of TouchBistro for each and every customer you onboard.



YOUR DAY-to-DAY

  • Manage, Configure, & Assist customers to Go Live with TouchBistro software
  • Provide expert advice to our customers throughout their onboarding journey
  • Collaborate with the Product team during their design phase to ensure the customer voice is heard
  • Leverage your keen attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills to ensure customer success
  • Multi-task as you manage several different customer requirements
  • Go Above & Beyond daily with our clients to ensure they rave about their experience to other restaurateurs
  • Maintain cross-functional relationships with Sales, Install, Support and Menu teams
  • Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment by helping your team members and being a key team player


ALL ABOUT YOU

  • Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English
  • University Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in project management and/or client management
  • Working knowledge of Apple technology (tablets, iOS, Mac OS)  and understanding of wireless networks
  • Strong software troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to make timely decisions associated with process updates
  • Self-starter who is capable of working both independently with minimal supervision and in a team setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Experience in a full service restaurant and/or bar is a bonus
  • Experience using CRMs (and other web-based platforms) to maintain and track customer interactions and accounts is always a plus!
