Product Release Manager

TouchBistro is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our rapidly growing team as a Product Release Manager. The Product Release Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, and execution of the deployment and release of products spanning several different platforms including iOS and web. Successful candidates will be familiar with software development life cycle within an Agile environment.


  • Coordinate activities revolving around deployment and release for products across several platforms
  • Accountable for the accuracy of release information and ensuring proper internal communication
  • Planning and scheduling release dates for core platforms
  • Partner with the QA team to prioritize regression testing as well as triage bugs for releases
  • Organize and conduct release readiness, go/no go, milestone, and status update meetings with key stakeholders
  • Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
  • Participate in Change Management meetings to communicate and discuss release scope and status
  • Develop scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms
  • Continue to develop and improve the release process based on feedback and organizational requirements


  • 3+ Years of experience in release / project management
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle, particularly related to Agile methodology
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian software suite (Jira, Confluence)
  • Extremely organized and self-driven
  • Advanced written and verbal communication
  • Formal training in project management is an asset
  • Able to work independently with multiple groups within the company
  • Familiar with Apple submission process
