Customer Marketing Specialist

As the Customer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for increasing TouchBistro’s customer advocacy community, generating customer referral leads, and working across functions to maximize the impact of customer marketing. You will take full ownership of tracking and reporting on key performance metrics. This role reports to the Demand Generation Manager.


  • Be forward-thinking to generate customer advocates and referrals utilizing all communication channels, including online and traditional marketing campaigns
  • Grow the TouchBistro VIP Community membership while managing the end-to-end member experience
  • Generate customer advocacy activities including product reviews, testimonials, etc.
  • Live to serve - you will be the voice of the customer within the advocacy community, both supporting and communicating their needs in order to nurture ‘regular customers’ into raving advocates
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success teams to grow our customer advocacy network
  • Partner with the Enablement and Sales teams to generate customer references to boost lead and opportunity conversions
  • Build and own customer engagement reports, providing value-added insights to Marketing and other teams
  • Work alongside our Social Media team to monitor and respond to customers reviewing TouchBistro
  • Keep up-to-date with Customer Marketing trends and industry best practices


  • 2+ years of marketing and lead generation experience and a 4-year university/college degree at a recognized institution
  • Must be results and metrics driven. This role has a clear sales lead and opportunity targets
  • Exceptional creative and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be empathetic and have a customer-first mindset, challenging yourself to always add value to the customer while delivering results
  • Be strategically and analytically minded. You will live and breath data and ideating solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized with a high level of attention to detail
  • Must have a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Nice to have – restaurant operation experience
