As the Customer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for increasing TouchBistro’s customer advocacy community, generating customer referral leads, and working across functions to maximize the impact of customer marketing. You will take full ownership of tracking and reporting on key performance metrics. This role reports to the Demand Generation Manager.
