Marketing and Lead Generation Manager

The Lead Generation Manager at TouchBistro is responsible for attracting and acquiring qualified restaurant owner leads and opportunities. From offline to online programs, this role requires full ownership of both planning and execution. The role offers a challenging opportunity for an experienced marketer who wants to make a measurable impact. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll have the autonomy and support you need in order to make things happen.



  • Meet or exceed lead and opportunity targets
  • Report on all KPIs and campaign performance trends
  • Plan and deliver lead referral programs for existing customers
  • Plan and deliver lead referral programs for 3rd party partners
  • Assist in capturing, measuring, documenting, and generating customer advocates throughout the state of New York
  • Turn nurtured leads into active opportunities
  • Enable business development and sales reps to exceed optimal lead-to-opportunity conversion targets
  • Assist and enable other marketing teams/functions when necessary to achieve best results
  • Lead with or without title to get the job done while inspiring others



  • At least 2 success stories where you’ve generated measurable B2B lead gen results
  • 4 Year University degree at a recognized University
  • 2 years experience working with Salesforce
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Organized with impeccable attention to detail
  • Must have a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Nice to have – Past work experience in the restaurant service capacity
