Lead Generation Marketing Specialist

The Lead Generation Specialist is a role which takes full responsibility of not only growing volume and quality in existing direct lead sources in New York State but also creatively coming up with new sources. The role will work closely with content and operations teams in Toronto to educate as well as inspire restaurant decision makers to learn more about TouchBistro POS. This role will also work with sales to ensure leads are being converted into sales opportunities at the highest rate possible.



  • Be diligent and use creativity to identify potential lead referral and other sustainable lead generation sources for New York State  
  • Assist in identifying the types of Campaigns that would benefit each lead source with a focus on the New York Market
  • Manage all lead generation  sources in New York such as (but not limited to) online/offline advertising, affiliate
  • Execute on lead generation strategies to help ensure monthly lead targets for New York State are met
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of each source, with key insights and recommended next steps with each lead source
  • Work to ensure brand, product, and message has consistency across all channels and partners for New York State
  • Act as a project manager to ensure timely delivery and concise reporting on results



  • 2 years marketing and lead generation experience
  • 4 year university degree at a recognized University
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Organized with a high level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Experience using marketing automation to capture and manage lead records
  • Must have an attitude that exhibits ownership and accountability while at the same time enables other
  • Nice to have – have worked in the restaurant industry in the past
