Here at TouchBistro, we are trying to improve the way we approach software quality as an organization, and that's why we are looking for a skilled Quality Analyst Coach to join our talented team in our Toronto, Ontario office. This may not be a role you have seen or worked in before, but if you have a strong background with web and mobile (iOS) testing, are currently working as an intermediate (or higher level) Quality Analyst, have great communication skills, and want a role where you can have influence over the quality of a product from inception to delivery and beyond, then this could be the role for you.
As a Quality Analyst Coach, you will use your testing skill-set and your experience as a Quality Analyst to help guide and coach developers and other team members to be better informed of what “quality” means in the context of their code, and teach them testing techniques and methodologies so that the team as a whole can take greater ownership over the quality of the software we are delivering.
