Demand Generation Specialist

TouchBistro is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Specialist to attract and acquire qualified restaurant owner prospects. With clear goals and targets, this role owns both lead generation strategy and execution. You will leverage both online and offline channels to engage and convert restaurant owners into qualified leads. This role reports to the Demand Generation Manager.


  • Generate marketing-qualified leads through execution of marketing campaigns
  • Own lead and opportunity KPIs
  • Manage and Forecast campaign budgets
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure timely delivery of successful lead generation programs
  • Work closely with business units outside of marketing to achieve campaign objectives
  • Track and Report on the effectiveness of campaigns against defined KPIs to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects based off KPI and business impact


  • 2+ years of marketing and lead generation experience, preferably for a SaaS or service-based company
  • A comprehensive understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategy and tactics
  • Strong understanding of major forms of digital advertising, including PPC, Social Media, and Email Marketing
  • Experience building, testing and reporting on paid and traditional media campaigns
  • Must be results and metrics driven. This role has a clear sales lead and opportunity targets
  • Exceptional creative and communication skills (verbal and written). Copywriting experience is an asset
  • Strong communication, collaboration, project management, time management, organization skills, and analytical skills
  • Bilingual in English and French is a plus!
