Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sales

Our team is growing and we are on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on growing our Sales division. You are an expert with in-house recruitment in a rapidly growing technology sector. You are a brand ambassador and have an innovative approach to acquiring Sales talent. To be successful in our dynamic environment you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, believe in the best candidate experience, and be a true team player.


  • Partner with the Sales managers to understand the roles and scope that you are recruiting for
  • Source, screen and assess talent
  • Manage the recruitment process end to end, including document/track all pertinent information using JazzHR
  • Build and maintain pipeline of candidates for recurring and hard to fill roles through appropriate and targeted sourcing
  • Work with the HR Team to implement new recruitment processes, strategies and ideas
  • Get Involved in other HR initiatives as a member of the team


  • 5+ years of Sales recruitment experience in a rapidly growing tech company
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and lead generation skills to locate candidates with difficult to find skill sets in local and other markets
  • You are a self starter who has a strong passion for the ever changing tech industry
  • Excellent relationship building skills and proven ability to achieve results
  • Strong client service orientation; results oriented, multitasking and strong sense of urgency
  • Experience using an ATS or JazzHR is an asset
  • Restaurant experience is always a plus!
