Entry Level Sales Representative

As an Entry Level Sales Representative at TouchBistro Inc. you will get first class sales training on how to prospect and qualify leads at our Toronto, Ontario headquarters. We are looking for new grads to fuel our sales team by having personable conversations with restauranteurs and operators. You will also learn how to manage a pipeline of leads and use Salesforce effectively. The right foundation includes goal-driven and naturally curious individuals. We are only looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, want to begin a career path in sales and know definitively where they want to be in sales within the next 3 to 5 years!

  • Prospect and qualify warm prospects from demand generation
  • Generate new leads through cold calling
  • Conduct over-the-phone and in-person prospecting
  • Prioritize and organize the lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
  • Record and update data in Salesforce
  • Learn and Leverage product features, partners, marketing and others to ensure goals are met
  • Research leads and stay in tune with changes in the restaurant and hospitality industry
  • Work as a team to deliver the best customer experience at all times



  • University Degree and/or 2 years College Diploma from an accredited institution
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Competitive nature, goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to 'think quick on your feet'
  • Highly organized with ability to multi task and prioritize time while maintaining attention to detail
  • Passionate about hospitality, sales and technology
  • High energy and a positive attitude
