Demand Marketing Manager

As our Demand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring customers by implementing and testing new growth strategies and managing different paid acquisition channels and affiliate partners. You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on multi-channel demand generation campaigns with a focus on generating bottom of the funnel leads (MQLs). 

This role will give you the opportunity to flex all of your performance marketing muscles in order to generate results and you will be responsible for a marketing budget and carry a lead generation quota. You will have the opportunity to create a truly holistic marketing strategy leveraging multiple channels while working with different lead gen partners and vendors. You will work closely with other Marketing pillars such as Content, SEM, Operations, Design and Dev to plan and launch campaigns.


YOUR DAY-to-DAY

  • Generate qualified leads via online & offline channels
  • Forecast, manage and optimize marketing budget to meet unit economics performance metrics
  • Refine and execute lead acquisition strategy and action plan that aligns with business goals and objectives
  • Manage and optimize existing campaigns and offers to increase acquisition rates, conversion rates, and average deal size
  • Identify and use competitive research, market analysis, and innovative thinking to guide your strategy and program optimization
  • Leverage all channels including digital, events, & traditional marketing to maximize reach
  • Work closely with strategic partners & restaurant vendors in order to generate business referrals


ALL ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the restaurant industry
  • Hands-on experience with SFDC & Marketo to generate, capture, nurture, track & report on leads, conversions, & ROI
  • Familiarity with remote teams targeted with rapid growth
  • Proven success in generating lead gen results through both digital & traditional channels
  • Superior analytical & communication skills with a can-do attitude
  • Creative and a problem solver
  • Results obsessed and supremely driven to succeed
