Demand Generation Manager, UK

TouchBistro is looking for a Demand Marketing Manager to attract and acquire qualified restaurant owner prospects.  With clear goals and targets, this role owns both lead generation strategy and execution. You will leverage both online and offline channels to engage and convert restaurant owners into sales qualified leads.



  • Generate qualified leads via online and offline channels
  • Own monthly lead targets and conversion goals
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure timely delivery of lead generation programs
  • Leverage all channels including digital, events, and traditional marketing to maximize reach
  • Engage with customers to generate referrals and inspire new strategies
  • Leverage 3rd-party agencies, where applicable, to increase results and effectiveness
  • Define, track, and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Identify and recommend innovative ideas to grow the market
  • Work closely with strategic partners and restaurant vendors in order to generate business referrals



  • 3+ years experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the restaurant industry
  • 2+ years experience in a Business Development or Sales role
  • Hands-on experience with SFDC and Marketo to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Proven success in generating lead gen results through both digital and traditional channels
  • Superior analytical and communication skills with a can-do attitude
  • Passionate about results and an infectious positive attitude
