SEM Manager

TouchBistro is looking for a smart and experienced Search Engine Marketing Manager to take full ownership of lead generation through paid search campaigns. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is not looking to just learn but to apply their skills and deliver results. We’re looking for someone who can strategize and execute at the same time. From setting up campaigns to creating landing pages that convert, you’ll own it all.

In addition to paid search, you will own other pay-per-click and display campaign opportunities through other advertising networks. You will manage a budget and be accountable for the ROI of spend on both the quantity and quality of leads generated. The ideal candidate must have excellent copywriting and analytic skills. If you are passionate about SEM and have proven results to back it up, we look forward to hearing from you.


  • Generate marketing-qualified leads through paid search and any other ad networks
  • Create and own all SEM campaign strategy and execution
  • Optimize, write ads, and develop landing pages
  • Manage and Forecast campaign expenses
  • Initiate and execute tests. Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
  • Own the analysis and reporting of SEM performance by source, using Google Analytics and other SEM reporting tools
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and other stakeholders to achieve campaign relevance
  • Stay on the Cutting Edge of SEM trends, features and capabilities, and best practices


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on SEM/PPC experience, ideally for a B2B website
  • Proven track record.  You’ll get a chance to clearly explain how you’ve delivered success
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the latest SEM tools, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills including copywriting
  • Creative and a problem solver
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Curious about technology and passionate about lead generation through SEM/PPC
