Manager, Business Development

We will be seeking a Manager, Business Development, in our London Office, to help us build and scale a team of high performing Business Development Representatives who are tasked with growing our UK footprint within the restaurant and hospitality segment. You will lead a highly visible and motivated team that generates leads and achieves individual, team and organizational quotas. You'll be a valuable contributor to the sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for sales to achieve corporate objectives in a key market. 



  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives in our UK Office
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
  • Build a winning culture by coaching and mentoring team members
  • Develop representatives into sales-ready candidates for future promotions
  • Report on sales activity, call metrics and forecast to Senior Sales management
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity



  • 2+ years of business development experience in an individual contributor
  • 2+ years sales/lead management experience
  • Fearless cold caller 
  • Proven record of success in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Successful track record doing high volume transactional sales
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks for the team
  • Ability to hire and train new Business Development Representatives
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
  • Related Bachelor's degree
  • Working knowledge/experience of the Restaurant/POS space is a strong benefit
