Account Executive, Strategic Partnerships

The Account Executive, Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for engaging new partnerships in addition to maintaining and enhancing existing relationships. The successful candidate will have the ability to conceptualize, develop, and present programs that will help develop new pipeline of opportunities for the sales organization.


YOUR DAY-to-DAY

  • Support pipeline development by establishing and maintaining industry partnerships
  • Partner with our VP, Sales to identify and agree targets against which progress can be measured
  • Negotiate partnership agreements
  • Grow revenue by generating leads through each partnership
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Brand)
  • Promote the TouchBistro brand and values by educating partners in order to gain loyalty, awareness and confidence
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Reps to identify new partnership opportunities as well as leverage existing partnerships within the area
  • Own messaging and train sales team on partner product changes and launches
  • Collaborate with partners to develop incentives to the sales team to sell partners products and increase attachment rate


ALL ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ year experience in sales and/or partnerships
  • University Degree and/or 2 years College Diploma from an accredited institution
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask, prioritize time while maintaining attention to detail
  • Passionate about sales, software, mobile and technology. You’re excited and curious about new technologies in general. We’ll challenge you on this.
  • Cheery disposition and a ‘can-do’ attitude. You find yourself saying “I’ll take care of it” a lot
  • Experience working in a restaurant (serving or managing) is considered a strong asset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be proficient in Google Apps and CRM tools, such as Salesforce
