Our Menu Entry Clerks are responsible for supporting the onboarding process for clients in over 100 different countries! The successful candidate will have restaurant experience, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a process driven approach to ensuring an easy, smooth, friendly and efficient onboarding process for our clients. The ability to break down and organize client menus in a strategic, efficient way is your key to success.
Your contribution to the client’s onboarding is crucial to ensure the client has a smooth transition to TouchBistro. You strive to understand each client’s business and will provide solutions using your industry expertise. You must be able to use critical thinking skills to determine the best solution to satisfy client requests. Your goal is to ensure successful adoption of TouchBistro for each and every client you onboard.
